Moment to moment - One step at a time

One year after my accident the realities of life with a disability, chronic pain and fatigue started to sink in. To cope with arising anxiety and depression I completed the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program and found it to be life transformative. Passionate to share the power of a daily mindfulness practice I went on to complete training at the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.

As a qualified MBSR teacher and therapist turned patient I've been gifted with the opportunity to teach mindfulness to patients, professionals, and students across Canada. I enjoy facilitating groups as well as working one-on-one with anyone interested in private sessions in person, over the phone or online.

Providing guided meditations is a passion of mine so I've created a SoundCloud account where anyone can stream my meditations for free. If you like apps, I’ve also got my own channel called “The Mindful Soul” on the app called Aura Health. Remember, whether you practice for 45 minutes or take just one conscious inhale and exhale, what matters most is that we PRACTISE DAILY!
